GIZZY LOVES SNOW!!

GIZZY AND RILEY HAD THEIR FIRST FUN IN THE SNOW TOGETHER! GIZZY LOVED IT AND WOULD NOT COME BACK IN THE HOUSE!!! RILEY AND GIZMO RAN, JUMPED, HOPPED AND PLAYED INT HE NIGHT SNOW FOR ABOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF!! IT WAS SO FUN TO WATCH THEM!

WOW!! THIS CHRISTMAS HAS BEEN FULL OF FAMILY, FUN, AND NOISE!! WE HAD THE PLEASURE OF HAVING MY PAPA (JIM), MY BROTHER (JOSH), HIS WIFE (CAMEO), AND THEIR 3 KIDS HERE FOR CHRISTMAS..... I HAVE TOTALLY FORGOTTEN WHAT IT IS LIKE TO HAVE LIL KIDS AROUND AGAIN!!! I HAVE ENJOYED THEM ALOT AND THEY HAVE I THINK HAD ALOT OF FUN ALSO. THIS IS OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS SINCE GRANDMA MOVED UP HERE SO THAT HAS BEEN FUN TOO!! IT IS ALSO OUR FIRST CHRISTMAS WITH GIZZY THE WONDER PUP!! I GOT THE PRESENT I WANTED TOO SO MAN I MADE OUT GOOD THIS YEAR.... I THINK I HAVE ALSO BEEN ABLE TO SOMEHOW KEEP THE TRUE MEANING OF CHRSITMAS IN MY HEART AS WELL. THIS LAST YEAR HAS BEEN A DEFINATE YEAR OF CHANGE, HAPPINESS AND SADNESS. I REALIZE ONCE AGAIN THAT GOD REALLY CARRIES US THROUGH THE ROUGH TIMES AND REJOICES WITH US THROUGH THE JOYFUL TIMES. Kevin and Riley's Birthdays...

Oct 07 (man I am slow)

Kevin and Riley both have birthday's in Oct (26th and 22nd). Riley has been begging us for a dog for about a year and we caved! We got him a bassett hound! Her name is Gizmo and boy is she a sweetheart! I think it is the "last child" syndrome or something, cuz we felt guilty because Riley did not have a pet. Gizzy has added a ton of joy to our lives (and a ton of messes). It is like having a 2 yr old in the house!!! Kevin wanted money of course for his birthday present. We took the family to Tepanaki's (spelling?), it is a Japanese restaurant that has chefs flinging knives and shrimp around. It was very fun!

My grandma Lila moved up here to live by my family in Mar 07. It has been soo cool to have my grandma here. She is funny, cute, and man what a firecracker she is!!! I love my grandma!!

They are the biggest blessing. My greatest joy. Being a mom is the hardest, most rewarding thing I have ever done....

This is my awesome Husband John!! Without him I would NOT have made it this far. We will celebrate our "20th" wedding anniversary in Feb. He is my everything!

I just graduted with RN in May (with honors!) and startedthe BSN a few weeks ago-- I will graduate in Dec 08 with BSN and start Masters program Jan 09 (unless I get real sick of school)
